In India, there are so many unfortunate and frustrated poor widows, who were being experienced unprecedented struggles in different aspects. After being the death of their husband they used to be neglected completely by their kith and kin and also ill-treatment would mete out to them in the society.

It is the common tradition in India even their shadow will be regarded as bad luck while we are going for a good cause and the widows move towards their direction. She is shunned for her community and exiled from family and friends. She is no longer welcome in the homes of those who once loved her. Her presence at family functions is completely forbidden. The situation is even more extreme with Indian rural communities. It is much more traditional bound in urban areas. Despite so, there are many possibilities to live a normal life.
